2020 SMS services sole intent is to provide informative and Interactive service(s) on Short Message Service ("SMS"). The service is provided by NepalOnline through mobile phone operator ("Operator") which would allow mobile phone users ("User") to interact with NepalOnline 2020 SMS Serivce and the servers of ITNTI and/or its partners through a number 2020 provide to ITNTI by the operator.
User(s) can access/avail services by typing keyword and/or instructions as defined clearly by NepalOnline and sending SMS to number 2020. Service(s) may either be available to the user on only through a specific operator or all operators in any given city/country/region or else. The responsibility to find information about the same shall solely be on the user, NepalOnline will make and effort to provide the customer services information but not guaranteed: like phone, email, website, etc. Such informaiton may also be available widely over various media like, internet radio, tv, papers, etc. |

User and NepalOnlie and/or 2020 SMS Service(s) together know as Parties in this agreement.

The information services may include but not guaranteed like 2006 soccer voting and information about upcoming matches, recent results, country matches, quick updates, help etc. |

2020 SMS service(s) are provided by NepalOnline through mobile phone operator(s) for informative/interactive purposes only.
NepalOnline and/or any of its brands, partners, associates, agents, subsidiaries, parents and/or other(s) and/or their brands, partners, associates, agents and/or other(s) make no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, completeness or correctness of any informative/interactive service(s) it provides or may provide in the future. NepalOnline or any of its brands, partners, associates, agents, subsidiaries, parents and/or other(s) and/or their brands, partners, associates, agents and/or other(s) assume no responsibility for errors, omissions, duplications in or while providing informative/interactive service(s), suggestions and/or opinions, or else provided through such SMS services. |

In case of any sort of disturbance whatsoever in relaying the
Service(s) and/or breakdown, or else NepalOnline along with the Operator and other involved parties if any will make an effort but not guaranteed to maintain a standard, accepted level of service on similar technical infrastructures and to rectify the problem faced by the user at its earliest possible by normal means and methods. In any incident whatsoever where is unable to remedy the defect, NepalOnline or any of its brands, partners, associates, agents, subsidiaries, parents and/or other(s) and/or their brands, partners, associates, agents and/or other(s) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of using, testing, or else of 2020 SMS services. |

All material covered by 2020 SMS service(s) including but limited to text, software, photos, video, graphics, music, sound and/or other business service(s) shall be accessed and used by the user for personal purposes only without attempting or trying to attempt to perform any reverse engineering for any purpose what soever. |

By using the 2020 service(s) user explicity agrees that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Nepalonline shall reside with the courts of Kathmandu and the user also explicity agrees to the exercise of jurisdiction in the courts of Kathmandu in connection with any such dispute whatsoever. |

Any notice(s) sent to NepalOnline must be made available through registered post at the registered address: 3/446, Hattisar Marg, Kathmandu, Nepal only. The above terms and conditions shall be considered binding upon the user through the use of 2020 SMS service(s) and constitute the entire agreement between NepalOnline and the user. It shall supersede and override any and all previous communication(s), oral, written, deemed or otherwise between Parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. |
This agreement between both Parties supercedes all writings, understanding, belief or deemed information between the parties that are or may be in contrary or in consistent with the terms of this agreement and therms and conditions laid in here shal be binding on user by viture of the use of the service(s) |
