Problems Logging in?

If you are facing trouble signing in, ask yourself the following questions: 

• Am I having difficulty accessing my account because of a possible password problem?

             Things to remember:
                1.      The password and/or login name cannot contain spaces.
               2.      The password is Case Sensitive; hence please check where you have entered capital letters.

• Am I using a browser that does not support cookies, or is the cookie function disabled?
  
  The Internet browser must support cookies, and the option must be enabled to sign in.

How to Enable Cookies?

Internet Explorer 5

• On the menu of your browser, Click “Tools”, and then select “Internet Options”.
• Click on the “Security tab”.
• Click on the option “Internet zone”
• Select a security level other than “High”.
  -or-
  Click “Custom Level”, scroll to the Cookies section, and then click on “Enable” for both cookie options.

 Internet Explorer 4.x

• On the menu of your browser, Click “View”, and then select “Internet Options”.
• Click on the option “Advanced tab”.
• Scroll to the “Security” section.
• Under “Cookies”, select “Always accept cookies”.

 Other browsers

 Please refer the Online Help feature of your browser for information on whether your browser supports cookies, and to obtain instructions on how to enable them.
